Thank you for sharing about your stay at Best Western Plus Waterville. You have one of 3 choices for breakfast and they make it for you. Breakfast is fabulous because you eat in O'Brien's Irish Pub, around the corner from the desk. He told us the restaurant was open until 6, but didn't tell us where it was. Our room was nice, the bed was comfortable, but we were not happy with the way he treated us.
After checking us in, he said, "To get to your room, drive around the corner and enter door #3." That's where the elevator was located. When we checked in, the guy behind the desk was not very friendly. If your room is in the long end, you have a long walk to your room. This hotel is in the shape of an "L" with one elevator in the corner. Thank you once again, and we hope to host you again for a perfect stay next time. We value your feedback and suggestions regarding our bathrooms and will relay this to our Engineering team for follow-up and action. However, we apologize for the issues you described. Included breakfast is in hotel restaurant with only three choices which is served by restaurant staff. Room is nice but bed is very soft and old and broken down on one side.īath is small and cramped, only one electric outlet, there is no powered vent and floor becomes slippery when exiting shower. A/C is controlled by wall thermostat and keeps room at constant temperature.
Room is good size and clean with A/C, desk, TV, frig and microwave. Hotel is located right off I-95 next to restaurants and Wal-Mart, downtown is about two miles away. With Bangor International Airport just 55 miles away, getting here and heading back home is a breeze, too. Capitol, Belgrade Lakes, Unity Raceway, Natanis Golf Course, Skowhegan State Fair, Boothbay Harbor, the Colby College Museum of Art and Poulin Auctions. Located directly off of Interstate 95, you'll also be able to easily visit many more of the area's charming attractions, including the Augusta St. Those traveling on business will be pleased to know that Sappi Fine Paper, Cianbro, New Balance Shoes and Inland Hospital are all just a short drive away. In town to visit students or faculty at one of the area's many universities?
